Shipments and returns

Your order shipping info

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS or USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Orders placed after 4pm EST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours. Any order placed after 3pm EST will be processed on the following business day. 

We advise you to group your items into one or as few orders as possible. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

No returns! We accept EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT ONLY in perfect condition. Exchanges on cosmetics are only available if the protective wrap is still in place. This only applies to products such as lipsticks and lip glosses etc. All other cosmetics can not be returned or exchanged.

  • You may exchange merchandise within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
  • The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 
  • Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. 

We cannot make any exceptions to this policy.
